Established in 1954, as the Hong Kong Flour Mills Limited, the Lam Soon flour division has been the leading flour mill in the territory for decades. This division represents the history of the flour milling industry in Hong Kong. It produces and distributes a wide range of wheat flour suitable for a variety of foods such as biscuits, cakes, breads, noodles and pizza, using the highest quality wheat from around the world.

Our leading brands include Golden Statue, American Roses, Crown, L'arce De Triomphe, Golden Coins and Red Bicycle, which are well known throughout Hong Kong and Southern China.

Lam Soon is the market leader in Hong Kong, supplying almost half of the total flour consumed in Hong Kong, and providing customers with professional technical advice.

The plant in Shekou port, Guangdong is a world class flour milling facility. Its Swiss made equipment is capable of processing 1200 tons of wheat per day. The mill has started implementing the (On-line Quality Monitoring System) (QMS), which is the first of its type being implemented in the industry.

In the future, Lam Soon will continue to be one of the leading flour mills in Southern China through its relentless pursuit of innovation excellence, quality and market growth.
